The owners journey began with Yoga and Aerial Yoga Play for therapeutic bodywork. She then continued her practice as a Life Coach of Art Therapy, NLP practitioner, NLP Hypnotherapist, & Owner of Uplift Utthaan Studio. Monique is experienced and passionate about integrative holistic health.

She brings over 10+ years of professional experience in the healing and beauty industry, with many years of training in the Healing Arts. Monique believes “eyes are the window to the soul” and that “beauty radiates from within.” A highly skilled practitioner of Gua Sha holistic Chinese facials, Cupping, Thai Vedic bodywork, Reiki Master, Yoga, Aerial, Sound Healing, and all-encompassed body healing.

Monique is versed in treating Mind, Body, Soul and external beauty modifications such as lash, brow, lip and eye permanent makeup. Finishing her Bachelor’s Degree of Science with a double major in Psychology Media & Technology, and Certified Nutritional Aesthetics Alliance Program. Monique also uses her business expertise to consult and create collaborative partnerships in the realm of beauty, health, and tech and Monique’s experience with Bodywork and Sound bowl healing involve breathing, meditation and specific exercises for whole-body health. Many acupressure points and lymphatic or brain-activating techniques that balancing muscles & joints, bringing vitality and healing. With Gua Sha facial treatments help identify unresolvable issues.
